Amending addresses
Addresses may have minor misspellings or more serious issues such as wrong street endings or missing building or apartment numbers.
The core parts of an address, namely city region and postcode, have an outsize affect on deliveries if they are missing or incorrect.
The Amendments report section shows you the percentage of your addresses that have these issues.
Customer Corrections
Our Verify API can correct many address issues without the need for your customer’s input.
The Warnings report section provides a breakdown of the times we would prompt the user to confirm or correct their address, such as a non-unique rural address missing an Eircode, or a missing apartment number.
You can also set custom rules, like no PO boxes or mainland delivery only, and see these in the Rejected address section.
